BGroom's Software is fantastic and is very different from all the other backgammon rooms on the Net. It has extremely realistic graphics, great sound effects and downloading and installing it is very easy.
The lobby is well laid out and easy to navigate and there is an excellent variety of single games and sit’ n’go tournaments to choose from .You can also easily check your own transaction history and game stats whilst choosing from a variety of fun Avatars/Characters to represent you at the backgammon board. You can even change these to suit the mood you are in! The Members area is the best we have seen.
You can set up a private table so that you can play with your friends and even chat to them whilst you play.
Cash Games/Regular Tables
You can test your skills against players from all over the world at BGroom. It amazing how popular online backgammon has become worldwide, something you will notice when becoming a member at this very popular backgammon room. You will always find someone to play with and games start from as little as $1.
Tournaments
Tournaments have just been introduced at BGroom but new ones are being added daily as they work out which type and times are most popular with the existing members. There are already regular Daily Freerolls and the well established poker Sit 'n’go format tournaments are also now available plus you can play in both Real Money and Practice Mode. The Tournament schedules are a bit sparse at the moment but the marketing people assure us that this will change as more and more tournaments will be introduced soon.. You have to try the excitement and thrill of the 'Winner Takes all’ and '2 Winners’ type tournaments- they are a must!
